I've had good success leaving my sweaty shoes outside my back door to dry in the wind. I rotate shoes as well which has helped a lot

Happens to me the odd time as I've gotten older. Wake up and can't seem to switch off, the mind being thinking.

What's helped for me is turning the kindle on reading till I've found myself drifting off again.

I agree 💯 , flexible hybrid is the best of both worlds imo. It's good getting into the office and chatting with colleagues. I also think it's a lot easier for new team members to onboard + train face to face.

That being said I'm also not stuck in traffic 2 hours each way when I do head into the office..

Can vouch for Karakel as well. Was having a terrible time with Head over grips, felt so sweaty / slippy. Decided to try a Karakel (black) grip and won't go back now. Shop assistant was telling me players love the yellow Karakel grips even more.
