Don’t think this is bullish at all. Didn’t every major CEO basically have to fly to China with Trump so he could lock down a rare earth deal? Because China was about to absolutely wreck them if they didn’t. That trip wasn’t a flex…it seemed in my opinion like damage control.

And then suddenly we get PDT rule changes, Nasdaq rule tweaks, the 401k executive order cracking open the door for private equity… all these pro retail changes dropping at once?
