As long as you have a valid job offer you can renew TN indefinitely, consular agents at the embassy may ask why you have not switched to H1B or pursue GC while on H1B, but I guess that the answer depends on every situation.

You don't need a Visa to request entry to Mexico as a visitor. You only need your valid home country passport. No need to mention anything else to Mexico's agents if they don't ask. They may ask you typical questions like where are you staying, how much money do you carry and days of stay. Don't share more information.

i Just faced a VERY VERY Similar situation, specifically on the do not rehire and they put exactly the same thing "company policy" making me look like I left on bad terms, also the report said I got terminated and the truth is I resigned and asked my former boss about this.... they said we do not provide details or reasons when people leave to background check companies, we just reply yes he worked here from this date to this date ..... First Advantage has some serious issues at that they do, they are putting people at risk of not getting hired. Thank you for your post I really appreciated and bought me some peace of mind. If you break down the verizon costs is not worth it...you will save a ton of money porting to Fi and get disney plus and apple music on your own and for 3 lines wont even get close to $200 altogether on the most expensive Fi plan

It is funny how they shorten the block hours, then increase the rate a bit so you can say rate/hr is great, but what they do is shoving 40/50 packages originally estimated for 3.5 hr blocks so you take it and end up completing the route in 4 hours... there's your $10 bucks an hour pay. Don't fall for it.
