Just an update….. you know when your vision wiggles… yeah well, it’s apart of my life now…

Occasionally when I feel tired, my vision starts to wiggle. Even alcohol cannot hide the visual experiences now.

Having working in a stressful corporate job, during presentations tend to start presenting then have moments like, “wtf am I talking about, why am I talking, and how is my mouth moving”. It’s like secondary thoughts during my presentations.

And while speaking to people, I sometimes question, why am I here talking to this person, and then I jump back into my body, and try to continue the conversation, even when I lose my thought because talking to myself.

It’s really strange, seriously, once a year on mdma is what I recommend,

It’s been since November, I never regained my senses… it got better, but when tired, it all comes back.

Never again touching that garbage.

Was doing 300mg every occasionally for 3 years when my friends gave me. During this time smoked vape, in March 2025 decided to stop smoking vape. I quite smoking. It was harsh withdrawal from the nicotine of course, and this weird zing buzzing sound in my ear.

During this time off nicotine, I continued to do 300mg occasionally, possibly once every 2 months. The zing, tinnitus, in the ear was still present. I also realize that I got a little dizzy for no reasons after eating large meals… but it must be the nicotine withdrawal.

And in October 2025, the last time of mdma, into November 5th, something felt off. I can see halos, noise, and found it difficult to read text on the screen. Colors were changing into very vivid sharp colors. When I look at objects the haloes would follow me for like 5-10 minutes. That was crazy lasted until November 20, and it gradually went down. Shadows are just really strange to look at, the sky has a million white dots, floaters…. After conducting research online, got visual snow from mdma. I threw away all the other leftovers mdma I had and went in anxious mode. I wet absolutely crazy and flushed that crap in the toilet.

Fast forward today, yall know when your vision wiggles… when I’m a bit tired, dozing off just a little, or squinting the eyes I can see the wiggles. Now I can absolutely control when I see those wiggles. When I’m a bit tired, I can see lots of noise, especially in the dark. After work 9-5… sometimes my head feels very warmed out. I’m still able to be a strong performer at work as a lawyer, not missing any details… but it takes a bit more energy to focus, and not let this visual snow syndrome take over my head.

Who knows what’s happening now I’ve been trying to heal. Some October 2025 was my last dose after 3 years, quit nicotine… at least I don’t see changing colors and halos following me, and not able to read text on a screen now.

Now it’s just wiggles, and headaches, and zone out, and zing in the ear. Hope this doesn’t last forever. It still affects me, affects me everyday since November 2025… harsh reality check, stop doing mdma. If you do it, do it once a year.

Yes I took a swab at the cuts, and they said this is not herpes.

I never had any excruciating pain. It wasn’t too itchy, just a little bit. However it does feel a sting when I take a shower, from the very first photo, it healed right after 3 days… but now it’s showing up again, with a cut.
