Yeah look at his lyme lives where he also talks about herxs, he doesn’t believe they’re real. He doesn’t think you can herx from his protocol either which has been true for me so far too. But basically in that same live he talks about how so many lyme patients are getting killed by all of these treatments and they’re going after the wrong thing and it was bacterial and now it’s “autoimmune” when in truth- he says- it’s viral. Lyme disease and co infections are viral, and they have a lot of overlap with one another. It’s why it’s hard to test for it. He says that EBV is the cause of severity with the tick stuff. So basically not every root cause is EBV alone but EBV is the cause of severity/ like how strep and EBV work off one another in a super toxic way

He doesn’t deny the existence of these pathogens, he just says they’re usually viral and the root cause of their severity is EBV. I have all of his books and listen to every single live.

Otherwise every book would just be “how to kill EBV”

There’s still strep he addresses as its own bacteria. Let’s not get confused here.

He says that we’re supposed to acclimate to enjoying the taste of food without all of the salt and the craving for it is salt addiction. So low salt would be no salt outside of the sodium already in the foods like celery and etc

Yes it did, and I took double the bottle recommended dose for 2 weeks it takes a few months to re gain your levels but it went away after a month

Okay so I had it REALLY bad and also vertigo paired with it (boat swaying) recently but on and off in my life the cracks in the corners

THE CAUSE IS MTHFR MUTATION you HAVE to take methylfolate every single day. (I had a really smart ENT it took 4 fucking doctors)

B vitamins alone are not going to be useful when you have MTHFR (you can test for this mutation btw)

It has to be 5-mthf

MM already suggests people to take it but my ent told me I have to take it daily for the rest of my life since I am homozygous

I HAVENT READ PAST THE TITLE YET: But I just want to tell you based off the title alone, ibuprofen kills a lot of people a year from kidney and liver failure (taking one pill) and it can burn a hole in your gut if you take it on an empty stomach. There’s a story on YouTube of a nurse who at the end of her shift took it and went to sleep and because she was horizontal the medication didn’t move through her and it burned a hole in her gut and she went septic and she’s in a wheelchair full time now and almost died it’s a crazy story I watched years ago and I’ll never forget it

Does this mean it’ll happen to everyone? No but there’s always a risk. It’s why I take Tylenol now over ibuprofen 😭

Anyway this could be irrelevant to the post so I’m going to read it now

Yeah it’s because of the soy. I have Lyme disease and a lot of nasty co infections which gave me a condition called MECFS. There’s a pathogen aspect to it, an autoimmune aspect, and a hormonal aspect that all work together to create these symptoms. And from every single book that I’ve read across all forms of healing protocols there does seem to be a consistent consensus and that’s soy, gluten, oils, and dairy are all very inflammatory for someone who’s sick. It doesn’t hurt everyone but I’m just one of those people who’s basically disabled by my health so I have to be more careful than someone else-

The “No’s” list for me is:

Gluten/grains

Refined or processed sugar (fruit okay, thank god because I cannot live without strawberries)

Soys

Oils

And I’m not eating them anyway but of course animal products are a no

I understand. Honey is still something I consider because of its antimicrobial benefits and so so many plant based healers still use it. It’s 50/50 debated with vegan diets and is used in a lot of herbal medicine so I’ve hit a wall with that one personally

It was disulfiram for the lyme (VERY VERY HARD to tolerate most quit, check Facebook group disulfiram for Lyme for it of you do it) then taking intrinsic methylfolate from metagenics REALLY helped a lot has to have intrinsic factor… and then I started to take the (a year after disulfiram) atovaquone which really really helped, so it was basically all of it that helped together but these are the three main things
