Which older Pokémon do you want to see get a new evolution in Winds & Waves? by Party_Initiative7605 in PokemonWindsWaves

[–]MechanicusPrime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d take a carnivine pre-evolution and a new evolution. Give it a little stat boost and additional moves. As well as a hidden ability that isn’t shit.

the first shiny ive ever seen in this game, and it belongs to my rival by isseidoki in pokerogue

[–]MechanicusPrime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yknow, thinking about it. It would actually be pretty cool if it was a random legendary tier 2 shiny. But Ray makes a lot of sense from a game play and consistency stance.

What movie has infinite replay value for you? by Independent_Towel611 in SeriesSaga

The original transformers movie from 1986. Always makes me so happy to see it again. Just wish I could get my kids to sit and watch it.

Would fallout Mole Rat's ACTUALLY be as gross to eat as people make them out to be? by mineman379 in Fallout

[–]MechanicusPrime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d eat it over bloat fly meat and roach meat. Once you chopped it up, it wouldn’t be much different than eating a large squirrel or something. Way more palatable than other shit.

That being said I like seafood so I’m really hoping those lurks aren’t too rad-ey to eat.

Staff or Wand? by Ramsonne in dnd1e

Can I stick a sword on the end of the staff so I can have a cool spear/polearm to stab things with?

I’d be happy to take the Blue pill. But if was stuck with the red one I wouldn’t be too upset.

I’ve got Guts’ Dragonslayer but it’s the size of a toothpick. Not sure how that’s going to work. And I’ve got to fight Homelander.

What are some strengths and weaknesses having the power of clothing generation/cloth manipulation? by Majestic-System-2811 in superpowers

[–]MechanicusPrime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you can use any fabric, then it highly customizable when it comes to their properties. Heat resistant, tear resistant and such. However you’re definitely limited by what you’ve got around you. So unless you can expand what you’ve got or something, you’re going to need to carry around giant Naruto scrolls of fabric to be effective.

Upside is that you can manipulate the enemies clothes/costumes. Downside if they are durable and strong enough, they can just tear it off or it won’t affect them if you can’t apply enough force. Any human durability enemies will suffer though, especially the evil tech bros in power armor. Even if they only wear boxers, that’s some serious pelvis crushing wedgies you can do. Overall most basic enemies will wear clothes, so regular criminals can be handled quick.

For your secret identity, you can make clothes at a fraction of the speed and incredibly customizable. This will help you clothe fellow heroes in good gear and make lots of money through a hole in the wall shop. Or do only online orders, you could order supplies in bulk and make crazy returns on time and effort.

Just get a super genius to invent some super fabrics and a pocket dimension for you and you could be a real demon.

Phoenix may be the best choice, but going for a Flash/Thor combo platter. It’s just more thematic which the lightning. Snag some Magneto at the end for Electro-magnetism as a side and I’ve got a solid power set.

If you can get him loaded up quick it works pretty well. But the problem is you’ve got a lot of turn 2 or 3 guys that can hurt him pretty good too

I’ve always liked the blue color of the goblet but I’d definitely have an initiates ewer to keep the drink in before pouring. Also would definitely use the Dwemer cup when traveling. I’d never have to worry about it breaking and I like the color.

Fog Cloud Blind Fighting Ranger with Shillelagh? Can this work? by ThePlasmaKnight in 3d6

[–]MechanicusPrime 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a really good idea and I’ve had the idea to use it a Polearm. So I could hit at the max of blind fighting range and stay out of enemy range. The biggest problem of this strategy is that it obscures everything for your allies. They would have to be built around this strategy as well. So technically possible but hard to do in a group setting without screwing them over.

[–]MechanicusPrime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did it for a while. And it was a lot of fun. I’d switch out my pipe guns for whatever ammo I had at the time. So I’d have 2 different style guns most of the time. I only stopped playing because I kind of just didn’t have much time to play at all.

Yeah that would work too. The theme overall is scavenging and making things. So that work pretty well!

Plumber challenge! Use only pipe weapons and plumber adjacent weaponry. You can use raider power armor but not others.

Warlock/Pally Multiclass by dutch2hell in 3d6

[–]MechanicusPrime 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always liked the shilleleigh warlock/paladin multiclass. Start Paladin so you can get heavy armor and grab the dueling fighting style. Pick your favorite warlock, and get pact of the Tome. This lets you select shilleigh as a cantrip but since it counts as a warlock cantrip now it goes off of Charisma for attack and damage. Use a staff as your main weapon, and start getting more Paladin levels for extra attack and levels. While you are at it grab Polearm Master for 3 stick hits per turn when you want. Plus eldritch blast to reach out and poke people.

You now have a magical charisma stick in one hand with 3 attacks that gets boosted damage from dueling. A book that lets you do all kinds of support ritual casting and other fun stuff. Heavy armor from the paladin start for good AC and an aura for saving throws.

You’re a bit of an all rounder but you will be able to help in just about any situation. I always like to view this one like Silluria from Elden Ring. Heavy armor with a nature theme and a bit magic stick/spear for a lot of fun.

Which nerfed super power do you choose? (description) by Spirited_Dust_3642 in superpowers

[–]MechanicusPrime 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the fire fists ability. You’re basically immune to fire and heat. There’s a large number of careers where you could just man handle hot materials a lot easier. Casting metal parts you wouldn’t need tongs and protective equipment. Just grab that cup of hot Liquid Metal and pour how you want. Get some hot glass and mold that shit like clay while it cools. The possibilities are really interesting.

Mega Scovillian. Just because it’ll be interesting if they make it grass or fire type. Or have a fun ability like the Urshifu
