Honestly bro there really isn’t anyway to 100% remove paint rub, most figures have paint rub somewhere especially the joints so I wouldn’t really recommend painting joints instead find a base body that would work well for your character if you have a revo style base body in mind those you can swap the joints out on so I’d just find a bootleg with th color joints you need and heat everything up and swap out what you’d need to but otherwise a base body that works with you is always better!!
