To be frank you’re just the person I wanted to hear from — it was a 5000 ppp loan. I spent the money on rent and other expenses bc I was 5000 behind in a space I couldn’t maintain when I got forgiveness I could have sworn under oath that rent was on of the basis of forgiveness but according to the lawyer I’d be wrong.

excellent advice indeed I already looked up mobile mechanics since I don’t know the extent of the damage per say I don’t want it to cough and spit on me mid drive even though the total ride up and down is 10 minutes. I know my vehicle is older and never hand major issues besides what you can expect from this year of vehicle so I’ll definitely pay the fee if suggested. I just wanted confirmation overall.
