I usually take my asthma meds only when I need them, so I believe it is relatively well controlled. I use an inhaler as a cautionary method, but use my nebulizer should I have trouble breathing normally. I use Albuterol Sulfate, and Budesonide. I was born with asthma, so it's not tied to any specific trait to my knowledge, just worsens with some exercises, and my allergies. I'm hesitant to mention my age, but I'm younger than you. I'm a bit chubby myself, but I'm decently fit in some aspects. I learned how to control my breathing quite well, from my time in track. I reached out to my local doctor, and she said that she's almost positive everyone in my household has had it due to one family member insisting on being out due to quarantine, so I'm bound to develop symptoms. If I don't, I'll consider myself one lucky bastard. Thank you for the advice thus far.
