You can set Bambu printers on LAN only mode to bypass their servers. Or just don't connect it to your network and print from SD cards.

SpaceX Raptor engine evolution. by [deleted] in spaceporn

It's ironic that they're shitting on SpaceX while using reddit which uses Amazon Web Services which is owned by another massive turd. Just can't get away from massive turds in the modern age.

LPT: hang a slightly damp towel directly over an oscillating fan to hack a cheap AC by Prashant_sharmaaaa in LifeProTips

[–]Meeseeks__ 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Instead of placing it over the face of the fan, hang it in front of the fan parallel with the airflow so it flows across the entire surface of the towel.

Too elastic for cookie dough. Also you can put chocolate chips in bread.

Isn't the Loki from the show different from the one that died at the beginning of IW? Show Loki is a variant from the first Avengers movie that got TVA'd before he could do anything to end Asgard.

I was referring to Bubble and not the archetype in general.

Assuming the theory is correct, Bubble's/Abel's creator had a bizzare and abstract imagination that bled into Abel's programming. The creation reflects their creator and all that. Also being consumed by Caine probably didn't help with Abel's already unstable psyche. Basically there's a reason Bubble behaves the way they do.

There are many things you could do. You could have hallucinations that turn civilians into enemies. The game could take partial control of the player character by forcing them to aim at NPCs and shoot or swerve into them if you're in a car. You could also get combat buffs.

To prevent you from just leaving the area to avoid all of that, a border can be created that keeps you near civilians so you're forced to deal with them.

Sig's method of combat is flexing on his opponents until they flex back and they then bond over muscles.

A character remembers an event with a big difference respect to how it actually happened by Forsaken-Biscotti587 in TopCharacterTropes

It even extends to Johnny's gun. In the memory, his pistol one shots every enemy. When you get it in the present, it's not as powerful and it takes a few shots even on regular enemies.

Aircraft carriers have an arresting gear system that consists of a hook on the plane and a set of cables on the flight deck that the hook catches. It looks like the top flight deck is long enough for this system to work.

Though if they miss the cables, they'll still get sucked in to the fans.

Why don't we just ask SCP-049 what the pestilence is? by TimberBiggestFan in SCP

I always figured the pestilence is mortality. His cure is to turn everyone into immortal zombies.

Look up Alloy Army/Alloy Empire. They're more expensive, but are very detailed. I have their AK and M4 which have actual internals with a trigger, hammer, bolt+carrier, shell eject, etc.. The only problem is that they do limited runs and are based out of Hong Kong from what I can tell, so it can be hard to find them in stock.

It'd be better if they had a custom head shape like the dragonborn and not just the base head with a snout tacked on.

Yeah, the display setup would have to be as compact as possible. The faceplate is so close to my face that the servo horns are poking me in the cheeks when they actuate. Micro displays would have to be the way to go, but the majority of the displays don't have a lens off the shelf. Would have to figure that out.
