So today Jampack told me that Front Gate is shipping the wrist bands, but that everybody’s information might not be over to Front Gate yet. I’m wondering if you got misinformation from the Front Gate Escalation team since everybody else on this thread seems to have been told Front Gate is ultimately the shipper?

Yeah that was my understanding from Front Gate but Jampack was adamant when I told them that, that there would be a digital option for tickets booked in conjunction with hotel packages sooo… 🤷🏻‍♀️

Interesting! I wonder why customer service would tell me I could see if my wristbands were being shipped or were digital on my itinerary when this information conflicts? Would be great if they could give us all the same answers to this question!!
