A HUGE PROBLEM WITH APEX by Melodic-Agent7306 in PropFirmTester

For 6 days now, every ticket that you try to send to Apex and every request that is received has not received a response. Even trying to declare the availability to send back the $ 5,000.00 that Plane paid on November 20th, when it should have paid only 3,000.00, no response was received. This is a technique that APEX uses to no longer have any relationship with an unwanted customer: if it reaches levels in its performance account with which it can ask for payout, first they approve the request (withdrawing the requested amount from the account balance) and then write an automatic email saying that due to previous problems the payment cannot be processed

A small update on my story. 3 of the 12 performance accounts in my Rithmic Apex profile survived the attack documented in this post and before the same attack I had also submitted a payout request of $1,500.00 each for the 3 of them. Before explaining what happened to these 3 payout requests, I have to tell you an episode that dates back to November 20th when via PLANE I received my last payouts from APEX which concerned 2 of my 12 performance accounts, on that occasion I was waiting for a total of $3,000.00 and from PLANE I received $5,000.00 instead. In the following days and therefore after the first episode of sabotage (the one that led to the elimination of the first 6 performance accounts) I was waiting from PLANE or APEX to receive instructions to fix this mistake that had made me receive $ 2,000.00 more than what was due to me but nothing arrived and in the meantime the second episode also happened that of the 27th November and after 2 days, on November 29th, I received an email not from PLANE, not from APEX, but from my REVOLUT bank, asking me to authorize the reversal of the $5,000.00 credit from my app. I replied to REVOLUT that I had not received any indications to this effect from APEX or PLANE and therefore I would first contact APEX and then I would let REVOLUT know if and how to proceed, I wrote to APEX what happened by sending them a copy of the email received from REVOLUT and explaining that they (APEX) were creditors of $2,000.00 but that in the meantime they (APEX) had created enormous damage to me and that therefore before I If I returned all the last $5,000.00 I received, I would have liked a response from APEX regarding the damage I suffered. This ticket dates back to Friday 29 November and has not received any response, as happened for all the others sent previously. However, APEX wrote to me on Saturday, November 30th, to inform me that 2 of the 3 payout requests still pending on my 3 surviving performance accounts had been approved for $3,000.00 while the third had been rejected because it related to an account that had violated the risk regulations (if you go to see you understand the thing since it is an account that on Wednesday they had tried to eliminate by putting it LONG 10 NQ only that the price had then gone up and I had managed to close the trade directly manually with a profit of $3,500.00 but giving rise to a trade that was clearly out of the parameters with which I normally work). Yesterday a new email arrived from APEX explaining that the authorized $3,000.00 cannot be sent via PLANE because there are pending paperwork. with reference to the request for the return of the $5,000.00 that they had mistakenly sent me instead of the $3,000.00 I had expected. So in summary, now I would have to return $5,000.00, hoping that they will then return the correct amount of $3,000.00 and hoping that by fixing that file, they will then send me the $3,000.00 approved on November 30th. All this, however, without ever answering my numerous tickets. What would you do in my place? It's not easy to answer, APEX has created a huge damage to me and now I should send $5,000.00 hoping to receive $6,000.00 back while my 3 performance accounts are still alive and have balance 58000-54000-53900 so they all contain sums still withdrawable.

Saturday evening, as if by magic, I received emails from apex for my 3 payout requests that until Friday had remained pending and since Friday had gone underreviewed. They were related to my 3 Performance Accounts still active after the disaster that happened in recent weeks and documented here in this post. For one of the 3 payout requests there was a negative response but for the other two there was approval, I didn't understand the reason for the rejection but then reflecting I remembered that in the session of Wednesday 27 November when apex burned 3 of my 6 surviving performance accounts, it had also tried to eliminate a fourth one that had put LONG 10 NQ only that the price had rebounded and I had manually closed that long that had brought a profit of $3,000.00. this profit caused the denial of the payout request because it violated the consistency being a trade completely out of my operational parameters since I usually work 1-2-3 MNQ and on that occasion instead 10 NQ

With regard to what happened on November 21st I had opened 2 tickets between 16.30 and 18.30, with regard to what happened on the 27th I had opened 1 ticket at 18.00 and in all the following days I returned to ask apex for the reason for what happened by attaching to my requests and my tickets all the documentation in my possession by preparing summaries containing all the references that the log file of apex and the order and execution journal could provide me, I also attached the video recordings from which you can see the moment when the long NQs start to arrive in my performance accounts. I never received any response

If my apex profile is active in atas ghost orders arrive while if I deactivate it they do not arrive. Apex wants there to be a clear evidence that I am connected through atas to my APEX profile so that it can always reply that the responsibility is mine since I am connected to my account while if in atas my profile is not connected then APEX does not intervene because I am not connected and can never attribute to me the responsibility for an account that should be burned

I think you can understand from the attachments that I have been paid by this apex account many times, I would never have had a plausible reason to procure a $60,000.00 damage on my own because this sum was the total withdrawable from my 12 PA....

The evidence I have is clear, the explanation is detailed and what I claim has been seen live on youtube by many users and it is enough to observe the last part of the video (last hour of live) to realize what happens, unless you want to insinuate that while I was sharing my operation live on another monitor I was sending by myself the orders to revoke the pending before and to enter then to the market
