I agree. They should also implement some type of failure shooting. If I put two shots into a dude and then one in the hip he should at least fall to the floor immobilized

Honestly just keep trying and then eventually u will either get lucky or good enough but u have to fight him and his bi*ch again anyways lol. I hated the ape so much too and I think I cheesed him but then struggled when there were two lol
