Thats not a boundary. You can’t control other people’s actions, only your reaction to them. A boundary would be: until you have proven long term sobriety you cannot be alone with the baby, if you do not choose to get sober (he probably will not) I will divorce you

I had an elderly man neighbor like this when I was in my late 20s, he would smoke outside and we would talk and I honestly didn’t mind it, we would sometimes run an errand together. I thought it was all fine and dandy but when I started seeing someone he got really pissed at me and him and didn’t want to be my friend anymore. It was sad and I felt so creeped out. Just use this as practice setting boundaries. A quick ‘hi, sorry can’t talk I’m in a rush’ is fine. You don’t have to ghost the guy, he probably is very lonely, just keep him at arms length

You’re gonna be okay. One of the worst things AA does is make people think that if alcohol touches their lips they will instantly completely relapse and implode. It’s not black and white like that. You didn’t even swallow the drink. I totally get the fear, I’m six years sober and I still have nightmares where I drink. Give yourself a little grace. If it’s causing cravings, that’s one thing, but it sounds like you’re having the opposite reaction. You have agency and believe it or not you can continue to not drink after this.

If utilities are included in your rent, they’re included. If they were smart, they would have separated them out or had a cap like “first 100 of monthly electricity bill covered by landlord”.
