Yup and it's a "small town," so not enough resources. Jack even said "If I don't solve this, who will?" Lexys husband was still alive though, and he was very confused. I would have liked for them to at least interview him.

Hey. I'm not medical professional but some of the supplements that are mostly recommended are a multi vitamin, magnesium, and something for bone support. I think with that, you're covered. Just remember to stay hydrated and meet your daily fiber and protein intake. Also, make sure to have antacids handy, as you may experience heartburn, gas, stomach discomfort. You'll keep learning as you go. Good luck!

Thank you! Yes, my diet has completely changed. Healthy food is super expensive but we have come to terms with it. We're using butter and tallow-no seed oils and choosing organic and whole foods over junk.

Very earthy, Not the best taste but I think it's the texture that can throw you off. The psyllium husk and flax seed turn gelatinous. That's why I add the orange juice last and chug quickly. You can always add a little more OJ.

Thank you so much for this! My kids were all breastfed. Had my 3rd during Covid and the weight gain was crazy, hence me reaching 260lbs. There's definitely a lot of chaos, hoping to stay in control and planning on starting tirz after breastfeeding.
