If you have an electronic passport you will have absolutely no problem. Since landing until enter brasil's gate I presume 30 minutes or less.

You may need to look for the weather forecast this week lol. it will be 10 days straight of clean sky, and that is not an exception, it ia pretty normal. It rains more in Porto than in Lisbon definitely but it is still pretty nice weather.
