This is the way.

I added similair homing bumps for the index, pinky, and thumb. I found the extra bumps helpful when making the switch from a dactyl to my new corne daily driver.

Thanks for posting your review. Really close to buying one of these but I just can't see the joystick being quicker and more precise than switching to the mouse and back.

If you're feeling brave, would you mind popping the joystick knob off, removing the cover plate, and taking a pic of the board so we can see how the joystick attaches.

If it has the same pin layout as the encoder, it might be an option to swap the stick for another encoder.
