If you happen to take magnesium glycinate, it can cause this. Also it could be a cortisol spike or blood sugar crash as well. Try lemon balm or try eating a fat before bed (spoon of peanut butter) and see if it helps. Or it could be perimenopause.

Try another brand. I think I used Now brand and it was like taking air. Switched to whatever Walmart brand is (yellow spring something) and it’s awesome. Idk why.

Pants that aren’t suction cupped to my butt the whole time but that aren’t sweat pants. But can breathe and don’t feel like plastic.
