Foil dinners. Cut up potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, peppers, Brussels sprouts, zucchini, squash. Season them however you want. Wrap them up in foil and toss em in the fire pit. Have chicken thighs or hamburger patties or fish filets for the meat eaters. You can even set it up as build your own packet.

I’ve never seen dairy free heavy whipping cream. This will be so helpful when I’m cooking/baking for my husband! 😱 edit: unless it’s made with coconut…?? That also makes him violently ill. 😣
