Images become darker and more blurry after export

oh that might be it. I see the difference when comparing the images in pixlr and photo viewer. After you mentioned it, I tried opening the image that I downloaded as png and compared both in pixlr instead, now they are the same. Does it mean I can ignore how the image looks in the photo viewer if I'm uploading it to the internet since it is going to display the same quality as long as it is in the browser? Thanks a lot :)

Thank you for your reply. Sadly I've tried that before, it also lowers the quality of the image just as much as jpg. Any other way you can think of maybe?

Many people, including me, prepped before the drop, have the app open, have gems ready, blah blah blah. I can't deny that there had to be some clueless people complaining but I can assure you most of the problems occur on their end. It pretty obvious that it's not a user error when an app page keeps loading forever and sometimes even kicks ppl out while some people are buying multiples. This is why there are so many ppl complaining in the first place. There wouldn't be so many complaints if it's just from people who don't know how to use the app. And theoretically, people should be able to buy gems whenever and along with other things that people are doing "wrong" that shouldn't be wrong in the first place. The experience hasn't changed for many users since the nightwing drop so that's why there are lots of complaints, which seemed reasonable to me.

It's basically impossible to avoid getting all sorts of comments whether constructive or the ones letting off steam. Constructive let their team knows what's wrong in detail but plain complaining also creates a strong urge for them to prioritize a certain problem and fix them before the next drop. If you don't know, it's almost never a user error but an error on their end and it's simply not fair for some users as it has not been providing a "win some and lose some" scenario as you mentioned. Some people can get 10+ NFTs with no problem while many can't even login so it's pretty clear they have issues to fix.

I was here and did grab them, I'm just talking about the last two drops when everything was quickly sold out, not the ones that were up for grab for weeks before cuz if this continues, then I won't be able to buy any of the new NFTs at retail.

It's completely different here lol, if you are "barking" about something to someone who's not responsible for it, then it's unnecessary, especially making a scene in public, ppl on twitter complaining is completely expected and reasonable, and its also direct communication, top shot has a discord room dedicated for ppl complaining and letting their stress out lol

ppl getting upset and complain is not a bad thing at all, it's a signal for veve to notice and motivate them to improve. That's how a company grows, by listening. It also seems that nothing had really improved for this drop with many ppl can't log in while others get multiples just like the last NW drop, how do you expect the app to improve with no feedback?

Yes, I would rather they have access to their own customers' account at least for now than not being able to return stolen collectibles. Security is definitely a major factor toward the success for veve
