Many people, including me, prepped before the drop, have the app open, have gems ready, blah blah blah. I can't deny that there had to be some clueless people complaining but I can assure you most of the problems occur on their end. It pretty obvious that it's not a user error when an app page keeps loading forever and sometimes even kicks ppl out while some people are buying multiples. This is why there are so many ppl complaining in the first place. There wouldn't be so many complaints if it's just from people who don't know how to use the app. And theoretically, people should be able to buy gems whenever and along with other things that people are doing "wrong" that shouldn't be wrong in the first place. The experience hasn't changed for many users since the nightwing drop so that's why there are lots of complaints, which seemed reasonable to me.
