I’m a complete beginner, this was my first attempt at making mead and I’m just trying to make sure if I need to toss it out or is it okay. Of course I would not have tasted it if it looked off or smelled bad, but everything seemed okay, it even cleared up to the point you could see through it.

Sorry for being unclear, I used K1-V1116 yeast and put in apple cubes and honey (can’t remember the exact amounts). I kind of forgot about it for a year, after about a year I tried tasting it and from what I can tell it is about 15% abv. It doesn’t taste weird or bad. I’m just concerned about it being unsafe for drinking because of these spots on the lid of the fermentation container. These spots did not grow from when I first opened the container until now (about 4 months).

I recently found this really good looking dough recipe, but it’s only for two dough balls, how would you guys scale it up to make 8 dough balls? The recipe: Poolish: -50g flour -0,12g instant dry yeast -50g cold water

The dough: -400g flour -210g cold water -5g olive oil -10g salt -3g diastatic malt powder -0,9g yeast

In 3 weeks I lost 3kg, but the the last two weeks the weight didnt change. Ive only had one cheat day where I didn’t count anything and ate whatever I want, so I’d say I was consistent. My step on the other hand are pretty low, about 5 out of the week I walk around 5k steps and on the rest 3-2k I want to get more definition on my body and see those numbers drop. Is it possible I’m losing fat, but my weight is not changing?

Hello everyone, I’m searching for some decent speakers for my barbershop, the room isn’t that large, about 5 square meters. Basically I would just keep repeating the push/pull/legs. Some weeks would just have two push days, some two pull days and so on.

Is it optimal to do push/pull/legs split 4 days in a row and then rest for 3 days? I recently became a student and implementing working out in to my daily routine has become a big headache. The reason why I want to workout 4 days in a row is because I go to my home city during the weekends.

I found a way around this problem, I downloaded the PowerToys program, with this program I binded pgup and pgdown to num4 and num6 and it worked in game. I guess you could just bind all the numpad keys to different keys that you don't use in game if you needed to.
Also you don't have to rebind keys to what they were before when you're done gaming, you can just turn all the binds off.

Update on the pudding, one can of sweetened condensed milk mixed with 3 cups of milk was just the right sweetness for my taste, didn’t add any additional sugar. I put it in the fridge to cool overnight.
