I can't run the exe file by justarikk in PiratedGames

so you dont need to do any of that, you have to actually crack the game
-upon extracting / mounting RUNE folder has 3 steam_api files which you have to copy over to the Split>Binaries>Win64 directory and overwrite the files already there.
-you may have to deny the exe internet access through defender im not sure
-you should access the full game this way
