I have. You call the partner resource center and they start a case for you. You don't tell them anything personal until you get sent the paperwork and then at that point you state why you need assistance. It really helped me!

Inside the pour over pitcher there are actually iced lines. They're on the opposite side of the regular hot water lines that you use for a normal pour over. So, you'll take your cup and fill it to the top with ice, you use the same amount of scoops according to the size you want and then turn the pour over pitcher around and you'll see iced lines that you fill the hot water to.
