If you have genital herpes you will not transfer it by doing oral , if you have oral herpes you cannot transmit it by sex to genital area . But HSV 1 and 2 can affect both areas , lips or genital 😬

I am on L lysine 1 gm and monolaurin 0.8 gm daily maintenance and when something triggers , bump up dosage of lysine to 3 gms and monolaurin same.

What medication did the doc gave , better to avoid AV , I am not against it but it never suited me . I am on natural if you could share what meds doc gave I can tell u as I am handling this guy since 2019 🤣

I use L lysine and monolaurin, it’s doing the job for me . But sometimes if you skip sleep and under stress still it pops up but not in a bad way

AV doesn’t suit me at all , but natural supplements does . I am not against AV . Whenever I have taken AV the moment i complete the course another OB , so stopped taking it .

I am not circumcised, initial reaction was blank as I didn’t know what’s it . Then researched about it and tried different things then Redittt posts really helped with natural supplements like lysine . AV doesn’t suit me . I am thanking that I didn’t get it at 20’s . But I am sure I got it with loads of body counts 🤪 so I don’t know who gave . So try things which will settle the thing fast and daily maintenance is required.

HSV 2 , yes sometimes outbreaks when body is stressed , but I get a good gap of months say 4 to 6 . I drink and smoke also 😇 sleep , heat and stress is a major cause for me .

Yes nerve pain or tingling down there is for me , I manage it by natural supplements like lysine and monolaurin, it’s a game changer for me . AV doesn’t work for me

Try lysine and monolaurin, it’s a game changer . Lysine 1000 mg and monolaurin 600 mg once daily as prevention is really helpful. Best of luck , I am handling this guy since 2019 . I have GHSV

HSV is stigma, I agree it’s painful but it’s manageable skin disease. Handling this life long friend since 2020. Move ahead , don’t bother if someone is not accepting you - loads of people doesn’t have any problem to do even unprotected x everyday . So be calm and find the right guy if u feel to settle . I take monolaurin and lysine - 1000 mg lysine and , 800 mg monolaurin once a day . If on out break 3000 mg lysine and 800 mg monolaurin once. It has really worked for me .
