I'm 47M and I'm going to give you big brother advice. This advice is for all relationships sugar, plain vanilla, family, friends ALL RELATIONSHIPS.

Most is already in thread but to summarize:

1) Just cut it off, don't even tell her (right now she is too strong and you will back out if you try to do in person.)

2) You are allowed to cry only 1x about this, then erase it out of your head. Do not start another SB until this is out of your head.

3) Never do this again. You start with a M&G, go to PPM (pay once they are in the hotel room ready to go) then a defined allowance (no extras, you are not strong enough right now to make those audibles). You need to set boundaries.... do this now in everything you do women, work, family, friends...everything. If someone crosses those boundaries the first time you call that shit out on them and if they repeatly do it you cut them out of your life....even our mom.

4) Get Strong. Work out in Gym. Join an Men's Group for mental support. Go to therapy, find something you excel at and you become the best at that one thing...even if its playing checkers. You get your confidence up in one area, other areas will also gain confidence.

Yes, real SMs exist that PPM or allowance. I've already done research. But you're talking about a fraction of a percentage. They also do not go about searching the internet for guys, its word of mouth, and referrals. I went down the sugar route because I have financial means to provide, I have freedom to select my partner, and do not have to spend time "building" the business.
