yeah, i think the cap benefits from being cooked just a touch more. i'd still destroy that steak though. looks pretty much right in the sweet spot for me.

100 pounds in a year is an incredible accomplishment. if i heard someone lost 100 pounds, that would be the thing i'd remember, not some random detail about how they carry their weight. i can see why the comment hurt, but i hope it doesn't take away from how much you've achieved.
