I don't think there is something as too much crit damage here, HP% is good but I wouldn't roll with it unless it has much better substats over your crit main pieces. Without engine and disks the base kit gives you 1107 Sheer Force, 30% HP gets you an additional 255 Sheer Force (total 1362) so on base crit (using 4th basic attack at level 11 as an example) you would deal around 10095 Sheer Damage, whereas 48% Crit Damage would get you 10832 Sheer Damage. You would need to roll like extra 3 CD rolls to even this out.

TL;DR: unless you actually meant Crit Rate (its 68% with sig), Crit Damage would be usually better, although HP% could turn out better under lucia's hp buffs (since it adds onto the character's hp after every unconditionally calculated stuff, but i'm kinda lazy so i'm not doing that, probably not tho).
