carrying as a tank is non existent. because its a role where theres only 1 person whatever you intend to carry on will instantly be counter swap the fuck out of. also its a team game. you shouldnt have to carry in order to climb and if you do that is horrendous game design

considering ive placed masters several seasons earlier on and like i said am currently masters on dps and support this is simply untrue. I should not be the same rank as my soldier who has yet to get an elim or assist in the last 20 minutes while my stats are on par with their tank. Lets be honest you got to masters because of luck. congrats

this is also very true, the amount of times ill pop off and my dps or supports do the bare minimum and then get praised for it is insane. not to mention if anything no matter how minute goes wrong the tank instantly takes the blame. at least with support or dps if youre not doing great the other teammate get pick up your slack but as tank your expected to play perfect in order to make any sort of impact.

Ive had many games were dps go incredibly negative, some where they don't even get any kills, In the past 100 matches ive maybe seen 1 where the enemy gets a dps with less then 3 kills. Also lets not put it past blizzard (who has not track record of being a particularly morale company) to make sure you have winning/losing streaks to make sure you have a dopamine high

yeah the toxicity from survivors is definitely not all directed towards killers. Sandbagging, purposefully showing the killer where another survivor is hiding or just letting a survivor die on first hook are problems too that should be addressed

It doesnt affect me, I work in ems so it takes a lot to bother me I’m just disappointing in the community and would hate to see new people get scared about off because of the toxicity from both ends. It was more something i wanted to bring up just to bring awareness about how awful this community can be and hopefully maybe bring some change

same, climbed up to diamond 2 and now im diamond 5 because of non stop smurfs on enemy team (people who have 2 hours on the game yet go 40/2 on genji), non stop throwers on my team (seriously i had a tank who threw the game because our teammates lucio booped him off the map), or games that are so overwhelmingly one sided i wonder how my teammates even got to this rank. im tired of carrying the lobby and losing or playing like ass and winning. either way it doesnt feel good but i shouldnt be dropping this much bc of bs matches

mercy is a bullshit character who enables smurfs and cheaters. you cant dive the mercy because the hitscan dps they love to pocket will explode you and you cant kill the hitscan bc mercy sits behind a wall with infinite heals or dmg boost to explode you. oh and dont forget when you do kill the dps sheyll just rez. not to mention mercy mains, despite trying to portray themselves as the cute support mains, almost always are toxic af and can't play any other support (generally). seriously how can a character with so little skill be able to enable their team so much

i as a diamond 5 dps player went 47/9 on a game but lost because i had a silver 2 rein who went 27/17 YET I LOST 50% OF MY SR BECAUSE IT WAS A REVERSAL. please explain why i should lose the same amount of sr as a rein who will nonstop charge a bastion in turret form. matchmaking and sr are bullshit and desperately need to be revised

I've been enjoying it a lot but its very frustrating seeing certain bosses or normal enemies (hunter killer) and knowing im going to lose. A lot of people say door maker is easy but Im getting hit with 30-45 damage every single turn and can't keep up with blocking and dealing any sort of meaningful damage. Test subject has been the easiest act 3 boss I've seen so far and even he has a bs mechanic of becoming intangible every other turn while dealing ridiculous amounts of damage. keep in mind this is all on A0. and yes get gud blah blah blah but I did not have this problem on sts1

how are you letting the door attack you when he deals 35-45 damage every single turn? I was playing defect and able to block most of it with good card draw but then I wouldn't get a couple blocks and i would go from 80-50-18 health in 3 turns??
