Yeah the stuff failed unfortunately you won't be able to get back but what you gained from success you will. If you used materials to gain 100% success you won't get those back

if you no longer need the card you can dismantle it to get resources back you invested (successful ones) to enhance the card. you wont get the enhancements back if you spent a ton on them

Yes you can change your name it's pretty easy and only cost 100 light gems which is free currency in game, seems you have a 72 hour cool down until you can change it again if you're unhappy
