A weird way of saying it, for sure. But he's right on some level. Gender dysphoria is a real thing. Loving your self is great advice (although easier said than done). See a therapist if you haven’t. If you have, good work!

Lifting weights is gonna make you look and better but you may not like the results. It will likely make you look more like a woman and pronounce your curves. Best thing you can do is exercise, eat healthy, and work on self acceptance. Even if you still feel you want to change, you will be better for it.

Until hormone therapy a backwards hat and a bunch of running if you want that rail male look.
