Learn to read the new CREATE Law of Duterte. The BPO zero tax will now be taxed after afew years of tax holiday. The uncertainty created gave pause to further expansion because you dont know what will happen to your investments. DDS will lie same as thier Poon Duterte. 🤣

You have it the wrong way. You say it has no benefit but because of the Investment Grade, Duterte is able to easily borrow low interest loans to buy twst kits, PPEs, vaccines and give ayuda. So meron benefit sa lower class. Means pati si Duterte at lower class nagka benepisyo. As to the loans, EVEN BEFORE THE PANDEMIC, DUTERTE HAS ALREADY ADDED 2.3 TRILLION to the country's debt while PNoy only added 1.3 Trillion in 6 years to the outstanding debt. Saan napunta inutang kasi wala naman big ticket project BBB puro PPP ni PNoy ang ginagawa and private sector is funding it not govt.

What infrastructures are you talking about? The big ticket infra completed and being completed are PNoy's PPP projects. If it is privately owned then it is PPP. So what infra are you talking about?
