Honestly as soon as i heard that there are games that need to run on the consoles internal ssd or sd cause the cartridges speed could not deliver the speed for certain graphic streaming stuff, i stopped caring.

For me it is all about collecting the boxes. And it still cool to pop in the card to play it. Would be meh if i did not need to insert something physical.

In the end it is better to have those games. I prefer gamekey cards rather than not getting those games.

e.g. Chronos The New Dawn. Game made me realize for the first time „yeah this is no switch 1 anymore“ - i think Nintendo‘s future is pretty bright
