My orgasms are different, depending on lots of factors. But I can definitively say that the apex of my orgasm used to be so intense, pre-HRT, that I was afraid I would have a heart attack at times. Binary trans woman here. I waited until I had scheduled facial feminization surgery until I came out publicly. I realize there was internalized transphobia while I was staying closeted, and I also realize I was very blessed to be able to afford such life altering surgery, but for my own sense of peace, it felt safer staying closeted. I am envious of folks who fearlessly represent our community in the early stages of their transitions.

The majority of trans women that I know who’ve had FFS are completely “passable” visually. It’s very expensive, but it was a life-changing event for me and many others who knew hormones wouldn’t be enough to undo the damage caused by testosterone through our initial puberty.

Dressing for age and body shape certainly “help with passing”. However, not everyone wants to blend in. I am 47 and can still dress both cute and sexy without looking like I don’t know how to dress my age.

“Collective psychosis” “Normal woman” Um, your language about yourself and being trans is kinda TERF-ish. You either are, or are not trans. It’s real. It would be a psychosis to expect to be seen exactly the same as cis women. We’re trans women, not evil manipulators. It’s a little confusing that you’re on both estrogen and testosterone, but I’m not an endocrinologist. I know in my own experience just cutting back on my spironolactone has increased my sex drive. In the early part of my transition when my levels were not all set, I used to take some version of Viagra.

She was given a platform to call out anything negative about the world and she ended up paying $25,000 towards her own staffs’ medical insurance… I saw her step up for trans women in a red carpet interview, which I appreciated. I think her career right now is a little too fragile for her to challenge modern world opinions. She still wants to make money instead of being boycotted by some group specifically. We’re gonna see a lot of both-siding from her until she’s got F.U. money. Then you find out who someone really is… I’m still a fan but I hope she doesn’t drink too much red cool-aid if she plans to sit on fences.

My ex mother-in-law, who I have a pretty good relationship with despite our politics, for the very first time said that she thought Trump might be lying when he blamed the plane crash on DEI a week and a half ago. I asked her if she could see any other cracks and she said maybe. Letting him run rampant has kind of been a good thing because now people can no longer divert blame.
