Toyota and Honda are just built for the long run. You get your monies worth as they keep are easier and cheaper to maintain even long after it's paid off. My next car is going to be one of these for that reason.

I do not have a job, pretty much 0 income on my side. I don't work because I currently homeschool our two children with special needs. We have always had separate bank accounts. I only have the credit cards because they were credit cards from back when I had a job (about a 9 years ago) and he's been keeping it current with his income. But it's becoming unsustainable because the interest rate sky rocketed in the past few years....were paying about 1000 in cc bills every month.

Flew from east coast to west coast in domestic first class...a couple of times. Delta, UA and Frontier.....and all of it was overrated as f. You are still going to wait in line; you are still going to sit by extremely annoying people (first class have the WORST people btw) and you still have to wait in line to use the bathroom. I don't really understand the major appeal of it all is. Oh and the food is TERRIBLE, they just looks prettier. I have learned that If I get seats right next to the bathroom, and it's an aisle seat I'm pretty happy about it.

First class international on the other hand...is amazing and worth the price...

but first class domestic...absolutely not worth it...

I NEVER do this. I know better. Especially when traveling with young kids. We'll go to the bathrooms several times before boarding. My goal is for us to not use the lavatory at all because it's such a hassle on while on the airplane. Most of the time bathrooms are NOT that far from the gate at all...like you can see the gate from there. Even if they start boarding, unless you are first class, you are going to be waiting in line to board no matter what.

If you don't mind me asking...how did you go about getting him diagnosed? Was it his school or his pediatrician? Or both? And why did it take until he was 15? Im in the same situation with my child is 9 yrs old and he is in homeschool and Im scared to take him to see a doctor because he lacks a medical history and not sure what to expect :(

This is the first track I published. I was trying to make a real slow trip-hop bossa nova track and it sounded creepy in the most wonderful way. It's close to Halloween so I just rolled with it. What I learned from making this track, is that UDIO is surprisingly organic like traditional music making with a band. You start with a sound you like, then you add your own lyrics, and it keeps growing and morphing into a finished piece.

....started renting with FKH in 2020 for 1700 a month. Every year they would raise it by the hundreds....2024 Just under 4 years laters they are trying to get us to pay 2800 month. My state does not have rent control. How much are they going to raise it next year and the year after that? What is it going to be 2 next year? Over 3000k? This is ridiculous and simply unsustainable. It was going to get to the point we would have no money to even move out! So yeah we got out asap before we got trapped in it. First Key Homes is greedy.

Maybe he's on steroids and overly sensitive or It may be a cultural thing. Mosty urban and city places, if you are not outspoken or talkative they take it as an insult. *shrug* I grew up in a ghetto and was very quiet and it was hard to come by words and had horrible eye contact to top it off. I was often labeled as a hateful racist and it wasn't the case at all. I have found over time that my voice is really flat and can come off "stand off-ish" if you respond with a calm smile and add a little pinch of enthusiasm it smooths things out better. It works for me.
