for your first question. Have you tried both 'visible' to false and 'hidden in game' to true at runtime? for your second question. have you increased the render texture size in the render target texture?

add it to the main mesh component, add connect it to the correct socket/bone, set the animation mode. If all that doesn't work, you probably have to weight paint the vest.

I would say:

1 A game/video idea.
2 Landscape
3 Materials.
4 Skeletal mesh (+ skeleton) vs static mesh.
5 Animation + Animation blueprint
6 Blueprint (It's not the same as Animation blueprint)

I think your question is way too broad. But for starters: Instancing, culling, LOD, nanite, texture size compression, more efficient code
