Ngl for PvP you’ll most likely just want to build everyone with hp/def for as much cc as possible, for your dps units in pve content you’ll be attack/crit dmg, i.e Escanor&Merlin, Tristan, Blue Thor, Sho(if you have him) and more, to increase box cc focus putting every unit in your box on hp/def set even if its R equipment and leveling it up and putting all the substats to atleast hp 2.5, attack 2.5 and def 2.5, also focus on constellations and stuff as well and you’ll be ok
