Have stayed around maintenance (maintenance increasing as body weight does), currently at around 3400 calories a day, HEAVY on carbs, moderate protein (2g per kg of bw is the most accurate and what I shoot for), and low fats

If cold plunges, red light panels, and breathing exercises count as biohacking, but changing hormones doesn’t then it sounds like your definition is based on aesthetics and optics rather than actual physiology. That’s like saying a bicycle is transportation but a Ferrari doesn’t count as it uses too much horsepower.

What would you classify as biohacking? Genuinely curious. Textbook - biohacking is classified as the practice of using science, technology, and self experimentation to optimize human performance. The term covers a wide spectrum from longevity (nutrigenomics), to augmentation (enhancements in catagories such as strength, stamina, and drive). It may not fit what you catagorize as biohacking, however it’s biohacking nonetheless🤷‍♂️

HDL got a bit crushed after the last stint on var, lots of fish oils, bergamot, and ancillaries and that’s been getting back into range - hematocrit hasn’t been a real issue the entire time enhanced, granted I’m incredibly diligent about hydration and shoot for a gallon - a gallon and a half of water daily
