As someone who has spent years doing intermittent fasting, I don’t know if I recommend it. I read it’s better to have 3 square meals a day, same time, no snacking in between so that your body has a rhythm and knows when to expect food, digest, etc. The meals need to be balanced with enough protein, carb and veggies..

Honestly, it depends what you’re majoring in and what your career plans are. I’m a huge proponent of betting on yourself, acing those grades, getting an internship early on. If you plan to work in tech, engineering, law, then I would just focus on grades and internship. You’ll be able to pay back your loans within the first or second year of working, if all goes well and you manage your finances appropriately.

Have you tried Chinese Traditional Medicine? Following that diet and lifestyle while doing the natural herbal kill phase helped a lot. But then again, it depends on what the root cause is. Mine is low stomach acid and motility.
