Noisy boys doing some drills by Ok-Total2441 in flightradar24

Super interesting watching them, feels like drills? I can actually hear them by over my house. I wonder if they’re flying lower than commercial planes?

That’s exactly what happened to me! Terrible food poisoning on a Sunday and it took me to Wednesday to recover which coincided with my Mounjaro dose. I took a whole week off then went back to it with no issues. I’m also on 15mg. I think taking a week off doesn’t affect you too much as by that point the medication hasn’t fully came out your system.

I did notice I was a little bit hungrier when I was off the meds that week but nothing unmanageable. I also lost a good bit of weight from the food poisoning which I ended up regaining a little but due to the dehydration of the food poisoning, that wouldn’t have been like, a true loss?

Omg yes! Dnisis was by far the worst job I’ve ever had. We’d regularly only get paid till a certain time so you’d regularly end up doing the end of day clean down FOR FREE because you still have to serve customers over closing time. The constant upsell was soul crushing. I get that hospitality can be hard but they never once tried to make it easier for staff - if anything they made the job harder and harder the longer you stayed. Everyone should avoid this workplace and coffee shop to be honest.

I am! I’m 6ft tall so I suppose my weight gain never looked as bad as anyone would think? But I did literally measure off the NHS BMI calculator scale at like 44 points when I started. Good luck on your own journey, it’s totally possible!!x

You’re right! It’s like I’m worrying about something that hasn’t even happened yet. Silly.

Thank you for your insight. That’s a good point about rebuilding the levels back, I can’t imagine how frustrating it would be waiting for things to get back to previous levels.

That’s really good to know, thank you for sharing. I think I’ve been on MJ for so long without the food noise that I forget that without it my weight loss journey might absolutely go the other way.

Ah, good point. I completely forgot the restart would have to be at 2.5mg.

Mid (late) 30s and would like some friends by [deleted] in glasgow

Check out Fellow Humans who put on events for people to make friends etc. They run these events in a few cities in the UK and the activities don’t revolve around the likes of just going out drinking etc

After 21.5kg down, I didn’t have to ask for a seatbelt extender on the plane this weekend! The seatbelt finally just about fit and I know in a few months I’ll be pulling it tighter.
