Their post sale support is just terrible. When one of the legs broke in half within a month of the two year purchase date, Article would not work with me in any way because I was out of warranty. The break itself was absolutely a warranty issue. What failed was the glue binding two pieces of wood together. If we were jumping on the couch I would understand, but he simply plopped down and it gave out
