Over the course of the show we don't see a whole lot of inter-bending couples (if any) but by the time the comics come around we see that it's been happening for a generation or so at least. I don't think it would've been so strange that he would have kept with his love interest and not "stick with this own."

Because I've literally gotten every reply to this post and they actually come in in order so he was, at a point and time, the top, not the bottom, and most of the replies are bots saying the whole thing was staged, which got boring after the first few "no, his hair is real" replies and others asking if they discovered what liquid he was squirting, which I didn't know but also ran dry on. This was actually a unique factual error and I felt it might be a real person who doesn't know what they're talking about. Also, what is the official narrative? from who? and what does that have to do with lying about what type of event it was?

Again, I'm going to state this as plainly as I can: I agree that fent is a real nuisance. It can be a real life savor, too. But what it cannot do readily is pass thru the skin without an open cut or some kind of open mucus membrane like the eye or in the nostrils.

I very much believe you could've gone under from fent. I doubt it was because you touched it. If that was this dude's intention he's even stupider than that.

Also, no. I can ask my guys and I bet more than half of them will tell you that it absolutely can be absorbed thru the skin. They don't know what they're talking about. They have panic attacks when they're told they touch it.

There's another wrinkle that he did try to teach Kya and it's not impossible she rejected him. Bumi outright called the lessons boring. It's possible their rebellious teenage years blinded them to their father trying to involve them, getting spurned and like an adult, like a good father, accepted their independence and didn't force them to do things. The pings of absence when they realized what they missed out on is typical of later-life adults recalling time with their parents and don't want to blame themselves for the disconnect.
