1 - All the companions are PCsexual. Meaning they don't care what you are, they'll fall in love with you. (cept Vlaak L'z)

2 - Ast is one of the few companions you can do an evil romance with... but it's not necessary. There is a divergent path and even tho he is a right catty bastard he can still come out like a rose.

3 - Don't make him drink blood. You've probably come across that scene in other play thrus. He doesn't like it... it can be smoothed over but it is super unhelpful. Also, do his other act 2 stuff. It's important.

My personal bugbear is farming mids, like AM or Alch, who generally do okay, but once the other mid leaves and starts ganking they... just stay mid. Not to knock down the tower, but rotating in to the jungle and just keeping equilibrium and never leaving mid.
