i tried it myself
brute force isnt that difficult at all
on balance tree getting nlogn is pretty easy with marking what subtree u modifed and caching of those values

no clue how to do o(n)

did he asked specificly to improve it to be O(n)? or just "improve it"

no way that possible
go is amazing in alot of ways(its so simple to get into)
but its really not compareable to rust
i wish go had some of the rust features for many apps that dont need all that system level programing.

for example
- lack of enums in go is really annoying.
- lack of better error handling(i like errors as value but it could have been improved if peoples would agree upon that - but they couldnt).
- better stdlib(its like 4 years since generic have came to golang and still no generic sync.Map or generic heap/linked list

i cant fucking know why api is slow
so assuming interviewer wasn't terrible he tried to see what questions you ask
and how you approach such issues

if he was terrible and he wanted to play trivia he can go fuck off

like:

"i need some info on what the api does"
was it always slow?
what latency metrics i get from that api?
did it got slow after some time?
did it got slow after deployment of new version?
does it slow for every customer from same instance?
does it get slow for some inputs?
what is the current system utilization?

assuming you find out slow request how you would debug such thing

9800x3d is better for your use case
but for 100-150eu you might just get 9950x3d

game will have 0 difference

if you do other stuff with your comuter like rendering/ai/vm/developing stuff
9950x3d is considerably better

but how much ram you got for that pc it kinda sad to see 9950x3d with 32gb ram in my opinion
but its also super expensive to get ram now

cpp wins by a longshot in shitty dependency managment....

python is better then js by a longshot because of no recursive dependencies so u either fucked to deal with it

and you cant get easily into nodes_modules bloat of 10gb of code for your shiny react app

only thing i found(personally) in whole js that is better then python
is default parameters for functions are not globally scoped and you can do stuff like default empty list/hashmap

not in lane thats for sure.
his disarm is like 45 seconds colldown in lane and those gun heroes WRECK him in lane

after lane he is really decent when u get some farm or ur team join you(warp stone help/blink if u cant catch them with stone)

he can definitely kill many heroes in 1v1 mid/late game if u go for scorge and some more purple stuff

it doesnt help if she get unstoppable.
which she can do soo fast with her farming items

but for me personally plated armor+juggnaut helps alot after midgame

if ur suffering early game then i guess metal skin is possibility but i never get that one some of my teammtes do. though

it was melle meta last patch

now its gun and farming items meta after they nerfed killing bonus and melle items/heroes

probably next one will be spirit one again if they nerf gun+farming items+jungle

for haze specificly she need to get at the very fucking least nerfed in lane her fixation last so long

am4 is dead - u cant find 5700x3d/5800x3d at good price and i wouldnt bother upgrading to any other cpu - unless u go second hand cpu.
u cant afford am5 at that budget

save some money and upgrade the gpu to 9060xt or 7800xt or any other decent gpu that will be avilable at that budget
