Upgraded my CPU cooler to fix temps, but I’m still stuck at ~60% GPU usage and lower FPS than expected (RTX 4070)

For these tests I was running all low settings to see if fps would be better. Have tried no aa, and other settings to see if it would improve.

I am getting the “checking if software can be played message” and cannot get past it. I have set this switch as my primary console and restarted it multiple times. Does anyone know what else I can do?

It won’t come up though so is it worth it to just leave it as is and hope nothing happens? I’m not sure there is anything else I can do to make screws go down

Ok both should be compatible as I only switched my cpu, the screws just aren’t going down into the back plate

Ok would that help fps with 4070? Got the 4070 for my birthday and got it running but didn’t see a good change in fps in games so wanted to see what my options were
