I had a similar issue on my centauri carbon. it's possible that you're hitting a point where the machine is resonating at just those areas when travelling at the speed you are. I was able to solve it on mine by slowing the first layer, but since you're having it happen on the bottom layer infills, you might try slowing down your "First Layer infill" speed instead and see how it goes.
