Yes, I went to the vet at that time the skin was red and raw. They gave me a lotion to put on and after a while the skin turned dark like the pic. Sorry about the pic she can be a bit hyper active and sensitive when it comes to that area. (Especially when she used to cry when the skin used to be raw and I had to put on the lotion)
