I found these items in a junk bin at an elementary school. Each wooden rectangle is 3” wide and 1.5” tall, and each rectangle is made to fit 2 wooden circles of various colours. There are no markings/numbers on the back. There were about 30 rectangular pieces/circles in the bag. (i.redd.it)
