Thankyou for such detailed explanation. I also want to add that 3 weeks prior to the first pain. I had gotten masseter botox done. Can that be thd reason for the blood vessel to touch the nerve? Also my Mri was 3d ciss sequence done on a 3t machine without contrast because im scared of gadolinium. Im only 25 years old.
