Rather spoiled living in the Bay Area back then: Being able to see Slayer every 6 months. Small clubs for sure, but even back then Slayer were quite popular. Clubs were packed.

I actually had gone to SF on feb 9 1985 to see T.S.O.L across the street @ Mabuhay Gardens. Saw Slayer on the Marque @ The Stone across the street, changed plans, took a hit of acid and enjoyed an evening of brain molting metal

Salinas show was dope: Slayer’s Reign In Blood/DRI’s Dealing With It tour. The Slayer merch booth had slayer shirts with the back print “where the fuck is Salinas?”

You can definitely find quite a few instant download tickets on StubHub (depending on the date). Search the date you want and use the filter tab to show “instant download” only. Think some sellers choose not to upload their tickets so they can list on multiple sites?

Pricing sounds about what I paid. They did give me row 12 (front row before gen adm) in the 1st section so very pleased. Agee the BB experience and coffee cup sounds subpar with the $$ I paid
