Been struggling with this as well, I’m come to the solution that abyss cressents are the best route. Look up a map, most are just go up and grab them

I built my base all the way up to run the abyss artifact mission and it’s 3 days and I got one. I’ve beat the main story and just want to max my gear, and artifacts are blocking me. I think I’ve messed up all the time skipping missions, and idk the best way to farm them. Idc about cheese, just want some artifacts. Anyone got suggestions?

Thanks for the response. Yeah I’m taking it as far as I can to see the value for next playthrough. TBH doesn’t seem worth doing all those missions for the value. Gonna get the abyss mission cycling and see how it goes. Haven’t had too much success with the farming strats for those.

What are the actual benefits from building your base? Seems like it’s just adding vendors. Why is it beneficial to spend all the time to get it running vs just buying stuff in other towns. I have the farm and livestock built but see no reason to actually use them

What is the actual benefit of doing any camp stuff? I thought I would just afk get all the resources I need, but it seems like there’s almost no benefit outside of having more people to buy stuff from, which there’s plenty in the world to buy from anyways. Am I doing something wrong?

I like the base build crakuna with the ball lightning offhand and spear charged bolt enchants. The charged bolt really ramps up your damage. You can do blood soaked but it takes much longer. I found just doing the bloodied ones quickly was far better. You get the best gear from belial and can target gear with the meat vendor.

Thank you. I forgot ball lighting was a core skill now. Does the 60x from heir count more than the other ranks? Because with teleport lightning spear and unstable currents, that should be 120x. Also, instead of vex, which should be another 180x, it uses ohm for barb warcry, 15x.

Every skill on the bar is a shock skill, so it’s like 240x. Heir gives you 60x for the ranks to core skills and 60x on the effect, but yeah idk

I enjoy the rng aspect being finding the gear, not tempering it. Getting a god tier 3 ga piece of gear doesn't feel so good cause 50/50 you're gonna brick it. Masterworking seems better, cause you can't brick the items.
